Responsibilities for Teen Restaurant Entrepreneur Assistant

• Assists in general management and administration
• Assists in coordinating and optimizing front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
• Assists in controlling operational costs and promoting efficiency
• Assists in weekly, monthly and annual financial reporting
• Assists in general administration
• Assists in fostering positive customer relations
• Assists in recruiting, training and supervising staff
• Assists in conducting performance appraisals and setting targets
• Assists in optimizing workflow and productivity
• Assists in Supply chain, procurement and culinary edge
• Assists in keeping abreast of inventory and ordering supplies
• Assists in monitoring product quality and handling vendors
• Assists in ensuring compliance with licensing, health and safety regulations
• Assists in establishing and maintaining policies and protocols
• Assists in Marketing
• Assists in proactively fostering the restaurant’s image
